Excellent Stay with Excellent Service
convenient access complimentary breakfast daily cleaning free coffee
The location provided convenient access to nearby shopping, restaurants, and the metro station. Free breakfast was a lovely addition to my stay. Rooms were cleaned twice daily. I was provided tea and coffee in the room.
Sound insulation could be improved. Road noise was noticeable, though earplugs were provided.

My suite was spacious with a hint of luxury , and it included slippers and bathrobes. I also found the welcome tray of macarons a very nice touch .

An elevator provided easy access to all floors within the building. I appreciated the presence of this amenity as it made luggage transport significantly easier. I found it very convenient.

broken elevator no compensation
The location was great. The metro station was steps away.
My room was on the highest floor and the elevator WASN'T working. There was no notice about this issue, nor did I receive compensation. I wasn't even given the option to select a different room.

Wonderful Stay Near Central Attractions
easy access excellent location comfortable room
The location was excellent with easy access to the Metro, located just steps away. Many popular sites and great shopping options are within walking distance from the hotel. Our room was very nice and neat, and it had a hint of luxury I certainly appreciated.
Sound insulation in the room could be improved as street noise was noticeable, though the hotel provided earplugs.

The staff was super responsive and friendly (very helpful for directions!). They provided excellent assistance with our requests and always had a smile on their faces.

There is a fantastic restaurant located right across the street from the hotel. It was very easy to get a quick bite (or a longer meal, if desired) without traveling far.
